1.  The Story of the Prodigal Son could just as easily be
     called the Parable of a Father’s Heart. What does this
     story tell us about God, The Father?

2. The story highlights 7 qualities of a Father’s heart”. These clearly speak of God, the Father. How do they inform us as earthly fathers?

                 a. A Father’s Heart allows freedom of choice.

                b. A Father’s Heart is endlessly patient.

                c. A Father’s Heart is always compassionate.

               d. A Father’s Heart is tuned to the sinner.

              e. A Father’s Heart forgives unconditionally.

              f.  A Father’s Heart restores Identity.

             g. A Father’s Heart celebrates redemption.

3.  How do we as fathers (and mothers) manifest these
    characteristics in our lives?
