1.  Read Galatians 5:13–15. What is the difference
     between Christian freedom and simply insisting on our
     own way? What does it mean to “serve one another
     humbly in love”?

2.  Given that Galatians was written to churches, not merely
     to individual believers, how does this communal
     perspective deepen our understanding of
     Galatians 2:20, 5:6, and 5:22–23?

3.  Read Galatians 5:19–26. Why are relational sins such as
     jealousy, rivalry, anger, dissension, and conceit sometimes
    harder for Christians to recognize than other sins? How
    can we discern whether a difficult conversation is being
    guided by the flesh or by the Spirit?

4.  If you read Galatians as a mirror rather than as
    ammunition against others, where might the Spirit be
    asking you to change an attitude, listen more carefully,
    repair a relationship, or help carry someone’s burden this
    week?
